Sound familiar?

Signs your bookkeeping is costing you more than you think

Most owners don't need more spreadsheets. They need numbers they can trust, on time, without chasing anyone.

“

The bank balance and the books never quite match.

“

We only look at the numbers at year-end.

“

Every GST quarter turns into a scramble.

“

I can't tell which product or client is actually profitable.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with Xero and QuickBooks?

Yes. We work in both, and can set up either from scratch or migrate you from spreadsheets or another system.

My books are months behind. Can you help?

Yes. Clearing backlogs is one of the most common jobs we do. We'll reconcile everything back to the bank and get you current, then keep you there each month.

Do you only work with fintech companies?

No. Our regulated-finance background is a strength for fintechs, but most of our work is everyday bookkeeping, reporting and compliance for startups and SMEs in any industry.

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on your transaction volume and the services you need. After a free 30-minute call we'll send a clear written quote, agreed before any work begins.

Can you help with Form C-S and corporate tax?

We keep your books and year-end figures in order so your Form C-S is straightforward, and we're happy to work alongside your tax agent or recommend one.

How do we get started?

Pick a time for a free 30-minute call in our online calendar below, or send us a message on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. We'll ask a few questions about your business and suggest the simplest way forward.
